Our Missions

Sendme Refuge (SMR) is excited that you are interested in a mission trip to Tapachula, Chiapas Mexico. If you have ever entertained the idea of sharing your time & talents in mission abroad, SMR would love to invest in you! From experience, we know all teams are created different for a different purpose; therefore, we have the comforts of home to the extreme of staying in the mountains.  Opportunities to be a part of a mission team are endless. Each team is created to serve & meet various needs: construction, medical, dental, teaching, gardening, feeding, serving, loving on children & adults — no effort is too small.

SMR can provide assistance from planning your mission trip to fundraising. The cost of the most exciting trip you will ever encounter includes round-trip airfare, travel insurance, mission house lodging, meals, translators, van rentals & fuel for the mission field, and materials needed to complete projects. You will also be able to enjoy some of the local Mexican culture before you head home. Experiences could include street tacos, street quesadilla, seafood at the beach, to a restaurant nestled in the mountains. The scenery includes beautiful volcanoes, local fishing villages, coffee plantations, & the Pacific Ocean.

Of course, the most rewarding thing of all is the smiles you will help create on the faces of the adults & children whose lives you will forever touch by sharing Jesus and His love; yours may just be the life most changed!
